An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team.
Roadphone NRB specialise in providing two-way radio systems and solutions. Whilst our hire division provides radio systems to Europe’s events industry, our sales team pride themselves on designing, installing and supporting high-quality, ultra-resilient DMR Tier II and Tier III solutions. Our existing customer base includes corporate banks in the UK’s financial district, power stations & large manufacturing plants.
We’re looking to recruit a Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant, who will work alongside our sales and hire teams to maintain and grow our online presence, as well as oversee other marketing activities.
Key functions of the role:
- Creating regular and effective content for our social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Manage the design, content and function of our websites
- Manage products, price changes and content on our e-Commerce store
- Implement an effective SEO strategy across our sites
- Create engaging print-based marketing material for shows and exhibitions
- Manage the spend of supplier marketing budget
Important strengths of the successful candidate:
- Good command of written English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Well versed with packages such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar alternatives
- A working knowledge of web design, including the use of WordPress and Shopify, and coding languages such as HTML, PHP and CSS, would be desirable
- Value quality, accuracy and dedication as some of their key strengths
- Professional yet friendly telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence – desirable
This role will be based at our offices in Bourne, Lincolnshire and is a full-time position.

Junior Sales Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Person to join our team.
Roadphone NRB specialise in providing two-way radio systems and solutions. Whilst our hire division provides radio systems to Europe’s events industry, our sales team pride themselves on designing, installing and supporting high-quality, ultra-resilient DMR Tier II and Tier III solutions. Our existing customer base includes corporate banks in the UK’s financial district, power stations & large manufacturing plants.
We’re looking to recruit a Junior Sales Person, who will work alongside our existing sales team to provide advice, support and guidance to existing and prospective clients. This role would be ideally suited to somebody looking for their first sales position.
Key functions of the role:
- Advising customers on the best solution for their needs
- Handling customer enquiries received via telephone
- Providing customers with quotations, and following the process through to delivery
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and letter
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions – including occasional overnight stays
- Processing web orders received on TheRadioShop.co.uk
- Supporting the sales team with other duties, including placing orders with suppliers

Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our team.

Whilst our hire division provides radio systems to Europe’s events industry, our sales team pride themselves on designing, installing and supporting high-quality, ultra-resilient DMR Tier II and Tier III solutions. Our existing customer base includes corporate banks in the UK’s financial district, power stations & large manufacturing plants.
We’re looking to recruit an Office Administrator, who will work with our existing team to support day-to-day business activities.
Key functions of the role:
- Support with invoicing clients and credit control
- Process orders received in from suppliers, completing a goods in record and moving items to the appropriate store
- Assist engineers deployed on-site by arranging travel, booking hotels, and reconciling project labour costs on our internal system
- Process web orders and prepare items for dispatch
- Liaise with customers over the telephone to arrange collection of goods via courier

- Good command of written English
- Good computer literacy
- Value quality, accuracy and dedication as some of their key strengths
- Professional yet friendly telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence – desirable
This role will be based at our offices in Bourne, Lincolnshire and is a full-time position. We would consider flexible working arrangements to accommodate, for example, the successful candidate’s childcare arrangements, if required.
